Dairy Tech systems provide precise control over pasteurization time and temperature, helping to reduce pathogen loads and improve biosecurity on the farm.

Different models are available to suit the workload and specific needs of each dairy operation:

Matilda (up to 8 litres): A compact system for processing small quantities of colostrum in Perfect Udder® bags. It automates the pasteurization and warming process, providing a simple and practical solution for farms with lower-volume requirements.

Adda 10G (approximate capacity: 38 litres): An automated system for processing colostrum and milk, allowing precise control of the different stages of the process. A compact option for farms with moderate processing requirements.

Adda 30G (approximate capacity: 114 litres): Designed for farms that regularly need to process larger quantities of colostrum or milk. It combines increased capacity with automated operation, helping to standardize calf feeding protocols.

Adda 60G (approximate capacity: 227 litres): The highest-capacity model in the range, designed for farms with a high processing workload. It can handle large quantities of colostrum or milk while maintaining precise and consistent control throughout the process.

Perfect Udder® bags: To complement colostrum management, we offer Perfect Udder® bags in 2, 3 and 4 litre sizes, designed to facilitate colostrum collection, pasteurization, storage and feeding. Their use makes it easier to organize colostrum into known quantities and simplifies handling from collection through to feeding the calf.
